That still doesn't explain why the video is called "really cool voicemail", though. Hey everybody This time we have a look at the expansive cavern system that you can find underneath your fortress. I knew about that random power-up NPC actually, but I haven't actually seen it used before. Basicially, the NPC is set to speed=5 and noblockcollision=1 along with some other NPC codes, even though noblockcollision is enabled it still bounces off things for whatever reason but yeah. The diagonal bullet bill is actually in the Ultimate GFX pack, except I made that one replace the SMB1 Goomba. Oh yeah forgot to mention that I changed the powerup system in my game so that the powerup you want is completely random, it doesn't matter what your current powerup status is, there's a random powerup NPC in the SMB3 NPC tab. Also, it's easily possible that this isn't the first level to do it, but my god how did you get diagonal bullet bills to work?
